#049 - Push, push, push
Coming from a software developer background, the ability to make money was pretty attainable. It was hard work at times, but at the end of the day I was pretty much always employable. That is still very much the case.
With entrepreneurship the story is much different. Everything is up to me. For example, I was looking in to buying a specific brand of a kegerator vending machine. I mentioned in the last post that I was in contact with the company to learn more about the machine. As entrepreneurs themselves, I can imagine their lives are pretty busy. However, if I want to get this off of the ground it's going to take some elbow grease. The hours put in now are what will make the income later feel "passive." The farther I get on this entrepreneurial journey to more I realize "passive income" basically doesn't exist. The income can become passive after many hours of work.
I spoke with my dad today about my progress and he said, "push, push, push." That will be my mantra for the coming days.
